sip trunk with CUCM 10 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Experts, i successfully configured sip trunk between SFB and single CUCM 9, but the same configuration did not work between CUCM 10.5 ( 2 nodes cluster ),

i added the both cluster node IP at the topology builder

  • Hi Modo Bond,

Would you please give us more information about this, such as what kind of issue did you encounter?

Did you have issue when you dial SFB external calls?

What error message did you receive?

This capability is tested with CUCM version 10.5 using Trunks setup over TCP only. Verify that the CUCM environment meets these criteria before proceeding.

Here is a document for your reference

Also, here is a similar case about integration with CUCM 9.1, just for your reference

  • try to check sip, sip security profile in CUCM and if enabled for TCP.

the error seems that the Trunk it self is not up

also could you telnet from SFB to CUCM and vice versa on the SIP ports defined

coud you share your configuration for more details?
