windows 10 vs Kaspersky internet security RRS feed

  • Question

  • I purchased Kaspersky internet security and before I could install it I downloaded and installed Windows 10. No problem so far, then I went to install the internet security and it is not allowing me to.  Of course this is when I read the box and Windows 10 is not listed.  I don't know what to do now?  Is there a patch or something that will allow me to install it?

  • Hi jf9559,

It seems that the present version is not compatible with Windows 10. We could right click the installation package and choose "Properties", "Compatibility", choose the compatibility mode to have a check.

If it still won`t be installed, it is recommended to ask for help from the Kaspersky support. They are more familiar with their products and they have more resources to help you.

    Best regards
