Weird problem when setting up Service Level Dashboard 2.0

Question
-
Hi,,
I'am trying to set up SLD 2.0. I have installed all prerequisite software components (i.e Sharepoint, paches etc.) installed the SLD management pack in SCOM. I have a working "Reporting" database and the Reporting function is working fine from SCOM.
When I start the SLD setup program, I get "Unable to connect to SQL Server database". After investingating on the MS-SQL 2005 server, I can see from the logs that the setup program is trying to connect to a different database instance. It's trying to connect to our IBM Director database instead of the MOM database.. How is that possible and how can I solve this? Is it a sharepoint setup problem?

Hi,,
It¨s ok now.. A silly error from my part. Under: "Operations Manager Data Warehouse Server Name" i put it only the hostname for the SQL server. at first. That was wrong. When I put Server name\InstanceName in the box, then the setup-wizard went forward.
Otherwise it tried to connect to the default instance (which was the IBM Director instance)

Just a thought - the SLD2.0 dashboard is designed to connect to the operations manager database, not an IBM database.
