    Hi All,

    We are using Sharepoint 2007 to manage our document & do related activities.

    Other application is developed by Java.

    Now we have following functionality need to implement in java application.

    User can able to  search in documents loaded in Sharepoint server.

    Does Java/Microsoft have any API that can help to achive this ?

    Please guide me for same.

    You would normally do this using web services.

     

    It's documented in MSDN and elsewhere.

     

    You should be able to get a quick start by going to your server like this:

     

    http://[your server]/_vti_bin/search.asmx
