  • Question

  • Started to allow people using Windows Hello for Login on domain. But now legal department wants to know, who is using is. Is there any registry key we can inventory with sccm or anything else to detect, who turned on windows hello and using face to unlock?

  • Hi,

As I know, there is no official document about how to know who using Windows hello for login. We could feedback our desire to Microsoft through build-in application "Feedback Hub". Microsoft will create such feature based on use voice in next feature update release.

But we could use PowerShell command to query 7203 event (which literally just says 'Windows Hello for Business is not enabled') on specific computer in SCCM. Here is a link for reference: Confirming if WIndows Hello is available

For modifying the PowerShell command to fit for SCCM, we should contact with SCCM support for further details.
