  • Give each side's recipient a unique proxy domain, e.g.:

domain.com is the authoritative domain for both organizations.

    a.domain.com is one side.

    b.domain.com is the other side.

Create mailbox on a.domain.com, say user@domain.com.  Add proxy address user@a.domain.com.

Create mail user or mail contact in b.domain.com with a target address of user@a.domain.com.
