    Hi,

    I have deleted site column and deleted all reference from all content type and List where ever it was referenced. 

    This column is not showing  in Disp/edit/new/view form even it is not showing in Sharepoint manager.

    But, when i check property of any item through console app,it is showing me that metadata property.

    Pain point is that site column is no more through out site but showing property in item meta data.I can not delete list /content type. 

    Any has any idea please share.

    Ravi,

    Make sure deleted items should be also removed from both recycle bin.

    Also are you using any master page make sure to remove the column references from that page as well

    It does not work , I removed from both recycle bin .
