Change Time zone UTC to GMT at Windows 7

  There is no difference between GMT and UTC. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is now known as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Since they are the same, we do not need to change it. Regarding detailed information about Time Zone, please refer to the following article.
