Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 fails to install code 800F0818

Tried installing SP1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and it failed to install with Code 800F0818. Below is part of my log file.Any suggestions on how to fix this without rebuilding would be appreciated. I'm a newbie and would appreciate detailed instructions.

I have uninstalled some prior WU and rerun them. I downloaded stand-alone SP1 and ran that with same result.

Thank you so much. I was able to follow your instructions, copy over the files and re-run the update which successfully installed SP1 on Server 2008 R2. Much appreciated! Greg
