Server 2012R2 KB3095113 not applicable

Question

Hello,
To be prepared to distribute Win10 feature updates, i struggle to install above hotfix.
The Server has installed all important updates, (usually) no recommended updates and no optional updates.
## Current WSUS version:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup
VersionString REG_SZ 6.3.9600.18694
# Try to patch
## Method 1, Windows Update
Checked "Give me recommended updates the same way I receive important updates", but kb3095113 is not listed after "search now".
## Method 2, manual download
downloaded and tried to install following the "manual steps" with the following results:
clearcompressionflag.exe no output
Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64 already installed
Windows8.1-KB2919442-x64 not applicable
Windows8.1-KB2932046-x64 already installed
Windows8.1-KB2934018-x64 already installed
Windows8.1-KB2937592-x64 already installed
Windows8.1-KB2938439-x64 already installed
Windows8.1-KB2959977-x64 not applicable
Windows8.1-KB3095113-v2-x64 not applicable
Can anybody please tell me* is that hotfix still needed (it is from 2015, perhaps it has a successor) ?
* can we conclude from the version "6.3.9600.18694" if i need to patch or not ?
Thanks in advance !

Hello,
KB3095113 has been superseded by KB4025336 and KB4034681.
If you have installed either one of the two KBs, you don't need to install KB3095113 any more.
Best regards,
Andy Liu

Hello,
Thanks andy, i can see that KB4038792 is installed and superseeds KB3095113 as well.
So you looked into the update and i looked into the hotfix (screenshot).
@Adam: No, KB3159706 is not installed as well - " Not applicable", but that time the update catalog does not show any superseeders.
It is a stack of updates, of which all are installed but KB2959977, which is not applicable.
KB2959977 is not found in the update database.
Is KB3159706 still needed ?
Has the postinstall cmd to be run, even it is not installed ?

Update:
I followed the manual installation steps of KB3095113:
C:\Users\administrator.ADMINISTRATION>"C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe" postinstall /servicing
REM No Errors reported in Logfile
Added Feature HTTP-Activation and restarted wsus service.
Changes were already present in
"C:\Program Files\Update Services\WebServices\ClientWebService\Web.config"

Well, the steps you did are the similar or the same steps on KB3159706.
Grab my script and run .\Clean-WSUS.ps1 -DirtyDatabaseCheck
This will check if your WSUS has a dirty database or if it's clean. If it's dirty, it will clean it for you.
While you're at it, run -FirstRun and enjoy WSUS Freedom.
Have a peek at my Adamj Clean-WSUS script. It is the last WSUS Script you will ever need!
http://community.spiceworks.com/scripts/show/2998-adamj-clean-wsus
What it does:
1. Add WSUS Index Optimization to the database to increase the speed of many database operations in WSUS by approximately 1000-1500 times faster.
2. Remove all Drivers from the WSUS Database (Default; Optional).
3. Shrink your WSUSContent folder's size by declining multiple types of updates including by default any superseded updates, preview updates, expired updates, Itanium updates, and beta updates. Optional extras: Language Packs, IE7, IE8, IE9, IE10, Embedded, NonEnglishUpdates, ComputerUpdates32bit, WinXP.
4. Remove declined updates from the WSUS Database.
5. Clean out all the synchronization logs that have built up over time (configurable, with the default keeping the last 14 days of logs).
6. Compress Update Revisions.
7. Remove Obsolete Updates.
8. Computer Object Cleanup (configurable, with the default of deleting computer objects that have not synced within 30 days).
9. Application Pool Memory Configuration to display the current private memory limit and easily set it to any configurable amount including 0 for unlimited. This is a manual execution only.
10. Checks to see if you have a dirty database, and if you do, fixes it. This is primarily for Server 2012 WSUS, and is a manual execution only.
11. Run the Recommended SQL database Maintenance script on the actual SQL database.
12. Run the Server Cleanup Wizard.
It will email the report out to you or save it to a file, or both.
Although the script is lengthy, it has been made to be super easy to setup and use so don't over think it. There are some prerequisites and instructions at the top of the script. After installing the prerequisites and configuring the variables for your environment (email settings only if you are accepting all the defaults), simply run:
.\Clean-WSUS.ps1 -FirstRun
If you wish to view or increase the Application Pool Memory Configuration, or run the Dirty Database Check, you must run it with the required switch. See Get-Help .\Clean-WSUS.ps1 -Examples
If you're having trouble, there's also a -HelpMe option that will create a log so you can send it to me for support.

Adam,
I'm having the same problem S_Run is having, but I don't have KB4025336 or KB4034681 installed. I have tried a number of methods to install the KB without success. I have also run your script with the -FirstRun parameter in the past for clean up purposes. Here are the hotfixes installed on my Win2012r2 system.
