Accidently delete All Incidents view, how to recreate it. RRS feed

  • Hi,

     

    I am using service manager 2007 sp1, I accidently deleted the 'All Incidents' view in Incident Manager. Can someone please tell me how to recreate it with the right icon. Thanks.

  • Hi,

    This view is stored in the 'Service Manager Incident Management Configuration Library' management pack. If you were backing up your unsealed MP's you could just restore this MP.

    If not, if you have another Service Manager environment you could export this MP and import into your broken environment.

  • Also you can reimport original MP from c:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center\Service Manager 2010\System Center Management Packs\Unsealed Management Packs 6555\ (but in this case you lost all modifcation, stored in this MP)

    or you can user this solution.
