Central inbox rule management system RRS feed

  • Hey everyone,

    Exchange 2010 environment here, wondering if there's any solutions to manage inbox rules for all mailboxes from a centrally controlled app?

    Company requirements want all people's inboxes to be automatically filed into certain folders and we would rather not have to do this ourselves, rather have the people who make the inbox rules implement these themselves and for their respective teams.

    Lot's of googling, no success. Only found third party apps that manage one mailbox at a time. Anyone else had to do anything similar before?

  • Hi Zhongjie,

    By my research, we could not meet your requirement. Inbox rule is based on user mailbox and those rules are stored in AD database, we could export it to the specific folder, but we could not modify it, because we need to modify inbox rules which are stored in AD database. If not, you could post this case to Exchange development forum to check if you could get any helps:
