Call Fordward Scenario in Lync RRS feed

    Hi!

    im having problems with the next scenario.

    There is a user A that is a delegate from an other user B. The user A has fordward his calls to his mobile phone, and when someone calls to this user A, the fordward works correctly. But when some on calls to the user B, the fordward doesn't work.

    Lync can do that? is somwthing wrong or it is a product limitation??

    Lync will not forward a call which has already been forwarded to save a call loop.

    This is the same behaviour for response groups, when calling a user directly calls are forwarded, when the user is called via a RGS the calls are not forwarded. The calls have a slightly ammended SIP flow which disables there ability to utilise call forward settings etc.
