Manage the PerformancePoint Dashboard - PerformancePoint Content Library permissions RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everyone,

I have a site collection with different subsites. In each subsite has a PerformancePoint dashboard.

I have to restrict user access to only add/edit documents, calendar, lists, etc. But the users have not to be able to delete, change or edit any parts of the dashboards. This only can only be done by the BI Administrator.

I already have define the SharePoint groups and permissions. But I don't know how to restrict the "Edit" of the page that contains the PerformancePoint dashboard.

Maybe by managin the permissions of the PerformancePoint content library?

    Any advice is very welcome!

    Thanks and best regards,

    Joss

  • Hi everyone,

Just in case this post can help someone in the future:

For not allowing the users to edit, change or delete the Performance Point dashboard page, I have restricted the permissions to Read for the .aspx page that the dashboard designer deploys to SharePoint.

    Best regards,

    Joss
