Block out date range in word RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm utilizing the date picker content control feature on word 2010 because I wanted the users to be able to simply select a date from a calendar as opposed to having to type it in, but thats not the problem.  I want to know if there is a way that I can block out the first 13 days from being select so that the first available date they can select is at least 2 weeks from the current day?  Does anyone know how to do that?

  • You are limited in what you can do with this ContentControl object. Only 3 properties are accessible: DateDisplayFormat, DateDisplayLocale and DateStorageFormat.

You can put a bookmark around this field and check by VBA code if it is a valid date - but only after the user selected one and only when an event fires (like save or selection change or print)
