I've not run into this before and didn't see anything on the forums that fit.
My Lync server can receive inbound calls fine and can make calls outbound without issue. However, if I say try to join an audio bridge and try to enter a PIN number the remote IVR doesn't respond to my attempts to enter a PIN number. I hear the
number being pressed but the other end just ignores the attempt like I never even tried to enter the PIN for the conference. This happens with any service I try.
This is for my lab and I am using an Asterisk PBX as my gateway and I thinking the issue may be there since I can't seem to catch any issues with logging on Lync.
Any thoughts?
