How do I update MS exchange credentials if I cannot open outlook because my credentials are out of date RRS feed

  • Outlook today decided to stop me opening after asking for non existent password

  • Hi,

    Do you mean Outlook keeps asking for password when starting?

    This can be caused by Incorrect password cached in credential storage. We can delete the credential cache in Windows Credential to see the results. You could find this via Control Pane > Credential Manager. Under Windows Credential, delete the set of credentials that are related with your account.

    If issue continues, please create a new profile via Control Pane > Mail > Show Profiles > Add to test the results.
