Synchronization error RRS feed

  • I'm getting a Sync error several times a day on our Exchange Server. Login information is correct when I sign into Outlook.  Sending and receiving mail works fine, this is a sporatic error. I've change the information below to hide private information. What is the "Synchronizing server changes"? Why am i the only one having the issue? And it says the Exchange server isn't available in the below log, but i can send and receive mail just fine. Thanks in advance!

  • How many exchange servers are in the org? Do you have a shared folder with someone whose mailbox is homed on another server? I'm not sure if its failing on person B or a person C

  • We only have one exchange server in the organization.  I do have open a few shared folders, but again, we're all on the same server. Yeah, I wasn't sure which profile was having the issue syncing, I was hoping the error code might be of some value.  The link in the sync error file was useless.

  • Hi,

    It seems like an .ost file or outlook profile problem.

    Could you please repair or delete the ost file?

    If it still not work, please delete your outlook profile and create a new one.

    Control Panel->Mail->Show profiles...->Remove
