It tells me iv got worms and trojans in my computer but it looks suspicious partly because click anywhere it just wants to run the program, not to mention my computer folders arnt named thatSaturday, June 13, 2009 2:17 PM

It's telling you that, because you are infected already - by Power Antivirus 2009 (an updated version of Antivirus 2008.)

it opened itself in a web browser that link and it told me that and then tried to run it but i cancelled it, i didnt install it or nothin

You may need to view (and print out for later reference, as well as download the needed tools) that article I linked to from another computer.
But, it will (once you get to that site) walk you thru how to remove the naughty app.
