    Question

  • when we deploying a wallpaper through Group Policy in client machine are getting blank screen 

    someone can help on this issue. its happening in 2012

    Does the client machines have access to the actual file? Try from one of the affected client machines and access the path given in the GPO and see what it returns.

    Before we go further, please confirm what system the clients are using, and please check if the GPO is applied successfully by running gpresult /r command, also check if there is any related log in the event viewer.
    And you might need to check the wallpaper path in the GPOif this path is valid, and check whether the user could access the wallpaper file successfully, then please see that the "Wallpaper" value exists under the following registry path:
    HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop
