Would you please tell us did the issue only appeared on the specific Ipad ?
Did you try to test the issue with another Ipad device ?
Did you try to test the issue on the Android tablet, is that the same issue ?
I did a test on Ipad mini, it will show meeting normally, my SFB version is 6.8.0.210, IOS 10.0.1.
For your ipad, please go the setting—my credential--exchange, make sure you have enable this.
If the issue only appeared on the specific device, please try to make sure your SFB client and IOS device with the latest update and test again.
Calendar information coming from exchange via Exchange Web Service (EWS).
You can test if EWS is working or not using your ipad device to browse your external EWS URL.
For SFB server side, please make sure SFB server with the latest update.
