dear all please help for the error in Server Manager Snapin Server 2008 R2 64bit(0x800706be Error)
I tried every thing to resolve this issue but unavailable to resolve. i tried SUR tool to resolve but this tool still working from last 48 hrs and displaying asin snapshot.. no changes just after running SUR tool its sucked same as in snapshot.
Please Help! after running SUR tool its starts displaying same as above, and just searching updates.......

Make sure you're running correct tool and post results of %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

I'd also try a clean boot.
Clean boot
=================
1) Click the Start Button type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in the Run box, and then press Enter.
Note: If prompted, please click Continue on the User Account Control (UAC) window.
2) Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray).
3) Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
Then, shutdown/restart the computer and try to restart again to see if the hang condition persists.
Failing these you may need to perform a repair install.
