Inbound Call from Quintum Tenor Gateway Missing +1 on From Address

Question
-
Inbound PSTN calls are hitting our mediation server without the +1 prefix on the From address (see below). The calls come in via a Quintum Tenor DX gateway.
Does anyone know how we can get the Tenor to include the +1 on the From field? Alternately, could we apply a normalization rule on inbound calls in the Lync server?

You can do either of the two options
The best option would be to add the +1 in the Gateway.
Or add a normalization rule in the Dial-Plan connected to the Gateway object in Lync- Belgian Unified Communications Community : http://www.pro-lync.be -

Hi,
Yes you can also define the inbound normalization rules in microsoft lync so that when ever you are receiving any call you can have according to your normalization rules. Create a pool lelve inbound normalization rule as step by step please follow the following:

Hi,
By default, the incoming calls will use lync server Globle Dial Plan. So please create a normalization rule to add "+1" for the incoming calls. For example:
Pattern to match:^\+(\d(10))$
Translation rule:+1$1
Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
