We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here

  • This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

00000000C000009A ... The exception that caused the bug check

FFFFF8000FAE9F70 ...  The address of the instruction that caused the bug check

FFFFF88004854150 ...  The address of the context record for the exception that caused the bug check

It does not hurt to reinstall graphics driver (Do not use MS optional driver.)
