  • Alright, I know this isn't the typical way to deal with these issues, but I have exhausted options and I just need some help. For the last two weeks I have been trying to recover my daughters account for her. She is a minor I made her the account and we lost the password. I don't have my old phone number anymore, but I do know what it was. I can provide all the info of who she is, who I am, the Xbox's unique ID, but none of it is good enough for automated recovery. I tried to fill out the escalation form, but I never even got a return email for it. Someone please get an email sent my way. is the email to use
