Project Server 2013 Queue Error "PSPermissionSynchronizeProjectSite"

Using on-prem Project Server 2013 in Project Server permission mode. There about 200 projects with sites that are subordinate to a parent site. These subsites inherit permissions from the parent site. When I save any change to a user account, the queue is flooded with PWA Permissions Sync jobs and they all fail.

PWA Settings -> Manage Users -> Open a user account

Make no change, just click Save

PWA Settings -> Manage Queue Jobs

Shows about 200 "Synchronize Project Web App Permissions to Project Site" jobs, all with Job State of "Failed But Not Blocking Correlation" and 0% Complete. Error details, GeneralQueueJobFailed (26000) PSPermissionSynchronizeProjectSite.

If you need the subsites to inherit permissions from the parent site, then you have to disable project site synchronization:

Hi,

As per below link, project sync is disabled as a good practice or we may keep,if we do the disable then what is the impact
