Change display name in Active directory.
Use Current email as secondary email(smtp) of same mailbox.
Add new email with new mail as Primary email(SMTP) of same mailbox

Ok I understand the change in office 365 but How would I make this change to the outlook 2013 program on the computer that gets the email then?Wednesday, September 4, 2019 12:40 PM

No need to change outlook.
But you want to send as new name, you can add from field into outlook.

Hi,

After you changing your name in Office 365, remove and re-add your email account to your Outlook client then the name displayed in Outlook client may be synced.
