examine windowsupdate.log on the client computer - are there errors?
what OS version is the client computer?
what OS version and what WSUS version is the WSUS server?
has this environment ever worked correctly?
are there any other client computers working correctly?Don [doesn't work for MSFT, and they're probably glad about that ;]

Hi Sumit,
As DonPick suggest, you may post the windows update log on client, locates on C:\Windows\Windowupdate.log.
Beside, after run gpupdate /force, also run gpresult /h C:\report.html, then check report.html in C:\ to verify it the GPO has been applied.
Best Regards,
Anne

Server which is having problem is Windows Server 2012 7.8.9200.16384(WUA client version)
and server which is running fine is Windows Server 2012 7.8.9200.17185(WUA client version)
Problem is that I dont find any KB article which update 7.8.9200.16384 to 7.8.9200.17185.
