The steps to rearm Office installation is straight forward, which are documented here:

The message "Microsoft Office rearm successful" indicates that the rearm succeeds. I would suggest you check whether you have any other verison of Office products (probably a trial version of Office) installed on the same machine,
which might be interferring with the rearm action.
