  • I deleted a users email but they are still receiving email on their cell phone through activesync how do I disable them from getting emails and can I do a remote wipe of his devise without it being traced back to me.

    The mailbox needs to be enabled to do a remote wipe.

    If the mailbox is disabled, ( i.e. disconnected from their AD account) then they should not be getting any mail from that account.

    I would also disable the AD account when all is done.
