SAN Policy and its relation to MED-V... RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi;

    In MED-V documents, Microsoft states that "The SAN policy for the computer on which the MED-V Workspace Packager is run must be set to “Online All”."

    I want to know that what is the relation between MED-V Workspace Packager and enabling SAN Policy?

    Thanks

  • This has to do with dynamic storage mounting of the VHD in order to inject components (primarily the modified SYSPREP.INF and MED-V Guest Agent.) Some functionality can be affected unless this has been set.
