    Hello,

    I have a user in our environment that is getting random BSODs (see below for screenshot of window error). I have found nothing in the event viewer that signifies what is the cause. This has happened almost at random where the user could be away for the weekend and, upon arrival on Monday, noticed the PC restarted. We thought it may be power related due to power issues in the office before, but we have since switched outlets and put a UPS in place. The BSOD happens around every 1-2 weeks at this point.

    If any additional details are required, I would be more than happy to oblige.

    Any help would be most appreciated.

    Hi EMulvaney14.

    The SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (0x1000007E) bug check indicates that a system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch; the value "C0000005" of the BCP1 parameter indicates that a memory access violation occurred.
    Upload the DMP file to your OneDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can analyze it and suggest you a solution.
