Forward All Incoming and Outgoing Emails for certain accounts RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am trying to setup a way to forward all incoming an outgoing emails for certain accounts as requested by a client of ours. Pretty much I need to forward all emails that comes in and goes out for 3 email accounts (for his kids) to another account (to him) so that he can monitor what going in and out. I know transport rules can do this on a global scale, is their a way to do this with certain accounts and not every single one.

We are running Exch 2010 SP1.

    Use the GUI:

    From "X"
Sent to users Outside the organization
    BCC message to "Y"

Transport rules can aply to individual addresses, too.
