    Question

  • Hi there,

    I'm new to Sharepoint 365. We have just had a new intranet built for us and we have news being added to a new list. I want to create an alert or workflow that generates an email each week with links to all the content that's been added that week.

    Is anyone able to share some guidance or point me in the right direction?

    From your description, you want to send email notification each week with links to all the content that's been added that week.

    You can create an alert on the list, choose "New items are added"  and  "Send a weekly summary":
