SCOM 1807 integration with Call Management System OTRS RRS feed

    I have deployed SCOM 1807 at my customer place. Customer has open source call management system named as OTRS. OTRS is used at customer place as ticketing tool.

    Customer want to integrate SCOM with OTRS.

    Is this supported and if yes, please share the steps or supporting article for the configuration
