Business Intelligence Develop Studio menu: missing

Question
-
I have just finished installing SSRS 2005 SP2.
I tried to open the Business Intelligence Develop Studio, but from stat -> Program -> SQL 2005 I do not see the menu.
I checked Add/remove program for SQL 2005 and It looks like that is installed.
I choecked if devenv.exe is present but no.So I assume that that is not istalled, but do not understand why when I try to install it again SQL says that It is already installed and version is different (the SQL is update to SP2, while the CD instalaltion is "native", I mean no service pack), (I started the installation with SKUUPGRADE = 1).
So, do I have to unistall the client tools and then re-install it?Please, let me know.
Thank

Hi fasttrack,
Bussiness Intelligence Development Studio is only a shared Features of Sql Server, just as Olaf Helper said , you have to select this feature in part of Feature Selection when setting up.
Now you encounter an error in the process of uninstallation,I would recommend you to pose another case, by the way , in order to solve the issue quickly, you could pose your case to setup plate at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlsetupandupgrade/threads and supply the detailed error message.
Thanks,

Hello fasttrack,
SSRS is "only" the server component. To create reports / cube you have to install the client componts. With that you get BIDS = Business Intelligence Developer Studio.
During installation choose the "advanced options" and there the "client components".

Hi and thank fro your reply.
The problem is that I tried to uninstall but SQL Server 2005 does not permit. I do know why.
I tried directly from Install/remove programs and from the command setup.exe /skuupgrade.
I also tried to unistall the client compoennt and then only Business Int compoenent but I got an error during the unistallation.
