    Hi,

    We have totally of 3sites in SharePoint. When we take the Database Backup, the complete 3 sites will be taken as Backup. Now, I want only two site as a Backup instead of 3. Is there any way, where i can take only 2 sites as Backup from Database.

    Use PowerShell: Backup-SPSite. It will allow you to create backups of individual site collections.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Currently, A user has deleted few files in the sites. To recover those files, we have done Database restore, When we have done Database restore, We are able to see only one site but we have totally of 3 sites. Kinldy, let me know where does the remaining two sites went?

    You are sure all 3 sites were in the same content database? Or did your web application have multiple content databases??

    All the 3 sites are located in the same Database. I want to restore the 2 sites, Which were not restored. Kindly suggest.
