Client push push problem on sccm 2012 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I did install successfully the sccm client. If deploy an Application to sccm client, the user have to click on Install button.

How can I do that the user do not need to do something and the Application install automatically?

My second question is about Application catalog. If I want to open that, I have to give username and Password. Can I disable or deactivate that?

    regards

  • If you want the application to install mandatory you need to set the deployment to required insted of available.

When it comes to the application catalog, you need to add that site to the trusted sites zone in IE.

  • ... and you might have to configure IE so that it logs in automatically with the current username and password in the intranet zone.

  • Deployment = available => it's optional and the user has to kick off the installation manually (= click install).
Create a deployment that's required (NOT available) instead. The deployment will be kicked off automatically at the deadline.
