word email attachments wont open.
1. Do you have Word? If so, what are the symptoms, e.g. do you receive an error message?
2. If you don’t have Word, you need to download the Word viewer here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3657CE88-7CFA-457A-9AEC-F4F827F20CAC&displaylang=en
