problem with Business Contact Manager for Outlook (Office Small Business 2007)

    Question

  • When I try to open BCM for Outlook I receive an error message, " BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again." 

    Trying again does no good. I run Window 7 on my HP laptop. Is there an relatively easy fix?

  • Try this:

    1) Close Outlook
    2) Delete all cache files from:
      C:\Users\%USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager\Cache
    3) Start Outlook
