Vista: Old program not uninstalled

I have two entries in Vista Control Panel\Programs and Features of 2 old programs that either did not uninstal properly or I deleted the files/directories in Program Files. How to completely remove these remnants in Control Panel\Programs and Features?

Hi, Revo/Hunter did not remove the remnants but right click and remove did the trick and I was able to rename a valid entry in the registry that still had an old version name of a program. Thanks a lot.
