Exchange 2010 send/recieve error at 97% RRS feed

  • I have a brand new install of SBS 2008 & Exchange 2010 on a brand new server. Some users are getting a send recieve error at 97%. This seems to cause trouble with synching emails to the server, emails seen in the offline file are slightly different to those on the server.

  • Hi,

    If the issue persists after deleting the OST file, please try to create new outlook profile. If there is any security program installed on the clients, please also disable it to test if this is the cause.

  • Close Outlook, delete the .ost file for that profile, re-open Outlook to recreate the cache and test.

  •  Do your exchange server have latest SP and there Update Rollup installed ?,I have seen similar problem  because of missing updates & SP,workaround is that you create a folder in user OWA and move all mail to that folder and then check if your send and receive works ,if it works then move mail in smaller bunch to your inbox and try to find out that culprit mail,i guess must be some attachment mail is culprit.
