Free Tools for Migrating Public Folders to Sharepoint?

Hi there,

I'm working with a company looking into migrating Public Folders to Sharepoint. This is Exchange 2003 environment.

I've found some 3rd party tools that can do this like Quest, PCVita, Avepoint. My question is, is there any alternate free tools that can do the same or is there any step-by-step instructions that be followed to accomplish the same task?

If I google this, the top three results are AvePoint, Metalogix and Quest, which suggests that this is a fairly strong commercial area. I've had a look at the tool Prasath has linked and it's still in beta, with the last source code release being uploaded in May. A few of these links do post back to Kimo's tool in CodePlex.
