MAPI named properties error

Question
-
I have a mailbox that is rejecting some messages from two individuals with a MapiExceptionNamedPropsQuotaExceeded error in the reject message. I have seen this problem quite some time ago, but it was supposed to have been fixed in Exchange 2007 SP1, Rollup 8. I am at SP3, Rollup2, but I still have this problem with one of my mailboxes. Did this problem not actually get fixed?
How can I fix this with the least disruption to my users? As I understand it, these X-headers are allocated fot the message database rather than the individual mailbox. If I create a new message database and move the user into it, should that correct the problem?
Thank you for your help.
