I have just been asked to do a job in sharepoint and have never come across it before. I was hoping to set up a Virtual Server 2005 and then install Windows Server 2003 which has Sharepoint so that I could try to learn the basics in a "live" environment. n I realise that there are quite a few reqources on the web for training in sharepoint but most seem to have gone iover to 2007.
If I decide to try and run virtual server 2005 on a Vista PC will I have to partition the hard drive and can anyone advise how much space I should allocate
