Sharepoint online list using MS Flow for approval has wrong date


  • We have recently setup a list for Annual Leave requests, once a new item in the list is created it sends an approval to an approving manager using Flow. Once they approve it, the person requesting, as well as Payroll get an email reply with the following info:

    First Day of Leave, Last Day of Leave, Total Working Days & Type of Leave.

    The dates are a day behind what has been selected. As an example, if I asked to have 16/11/2016 as my first day of leave, & 18/11/2016 as my last day, it is getting represented as 15/11/2016 & 17/11/2016 in the approval email.

    When you check the list as well as a Calendar view that has been created, the dates are correct. We have double checked our regional settings, as well as ensuring all users personal details are set by the site.

    Anyone have any other ideas on what might be happening?
