Cannot login to Microsoft Store


  • When I try to login to the Microsoft Store I get this error message:

    Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.

    Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'My email' from identity provider '' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '71dada86-21db-493b-93e4-1a902601f30f' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    I'm not sure what to do to? I don't even know what an Azure Active Directory is.
