Task Bar in wrong monitor

  Windows Vista Ultimate, SP1, NVidia NVS 440 display card - 3 monitors: 2 - SamsungT220 and 1 Samsung 2493HM. The orginal arrangement was:
  
  1 - Samsung T220                        2 - Samsung 2493HM                    3 - Samsung T220
                                                              Taskbar
  
  Last night Vista crashed. BSOD. Now, when I login the arrangement is:
  
  1 - Samsung T220                        2 - Samsung 2493HM                    3 - Samsung T220
          Taskbar
  
  I cannot find a way (my Samsung 2493HM has ALWAYS Been my primary monitor) to make the task bar move back to the center monitor.
  
  Any ideas?
