when i try to install office 2010 it writes error 1406 setup cannot write the registry key and i should have sufficient permission to registry.what causes this error please help

What about running in safe mode and trying to delete it again. Then start in normal mode once deleted and try installing.

Go to registry and look up HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID, delete CLSID and try installing again, worked for me.
