    got a blue screen this morning

    any ideas what the cause might be?

  • The Stop 0x00000019 (BAD_POOL_HEADER) indicates that a pool header is corrupt. Specifically, the pool block header size is corrupt (as indicated by the value of the first parameter).

    Upload the DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can analyze it and try to suggest you a solution to this problem.
